Now that's what you call a true patio, man. I love the size and the possibilities for the usage. 48' looked a lot more longer than that. Did you guys use just 1 long extended beam or 2 beams?

Hey Anto! Great to hear from you as always. This truelly is an awesome Patio, I agree with you 100%, a "True Patio"! It's defintely going to be put to some great use. We have to use 2 beams on this Patio cover to splice the steel C-beams in the center. C-beams come at a max length of 32 ft. Before you need to splice them. @@EverydayPatio These people are truly lucky; from now on all the birthdays, new year's celebration, school graduations, and weddings will be held at their house from friends to their families or next door neighbors. They Can Make Money off of that and pay themselves back. You can see the amount of natural light coming in. The fresh air is circulating. If you guys do bbq islands or maybe recommend someone? This is paradise on earth. That's all is missing. Truly nice job on the patio. And great choice for them.... they will NEVER, EVER wish if only that (if only that)...if it was 4' this way or that. Expensive yes, but priceless and worth it at the end. You can't put a price tag on the unlimited amount of happiness that this will bring!!! They are a young couple with kids to come or maybe now with kids, man... the safest and best place to be now days. Much more success to you.

whats an average price per sqft for something like this? i'm in the early research stage so any feedback would help. i'm in the so cal OC area.
