OMG! I can so relate to all of this. Work is definitely a hard one as so much child energy is on display. It's hard to not fall in to the Parent/Child dynamic which is exhausting and doesn't benefit anyone. Sometimes however some 'calling out ' is required

It it such a relief to have found your channel, Shar 🙏 As I am going through your content I realise that I am currently in the process of awakening. I didn't know that. That's why I am constantly failing at forming any identity. Everything seems to be falling apart inside of me as I continue my search of who I am. It is such a weird time. Truth is one of the biproducts of this proces and yes - it can for sure be a burden. It can even be destructive if used in a codependent dynamic. Thank you for sharing your journey. It is very helpful. ❤

Ive found the policy 'dont give unsolicited advice' works pretty well. Most people have zero interest in hearing the truth. Early on there is a strong urge like 'just let me give this to you!', but after watching it fail to take time and again, you learn to wait for people to ask you what you think. Even then, you have to be wise about what you say based on your read on that person and the situation. But there are other ways of expression that are not forceful. KZbin vids or blogs or satsangs work, because no one is forced to consume them, they are there of their own free will. Let them come to you. 🙏

What I found is that if I feel like it’s a burden it was because I wasn’t loving people for who they actually are. This requires unconditional love because often not pretty. But anything else is me living in my imagination and dream (wishing they changed) and not seeing them as they are, and loving that. There is nothing they need; all that is required is for me to see them as they are (not what I wish them to be). There is nothing to do. This may be one of the toughest attachments to let go of… the subtle filter on reality and but seeing things as they actually are. The minute you want something for them, it’s dream and you don’t see them, you aren’t actually present

When I was younge I naively trusted the truth to keep me safe. And then I learned its in your best interest, and others, sometimes to lie. So long as you know you're lying. And that always being open wnd truthful with no filter will get you and others into a lot of trouble. The second lesson was similar but different. I learned that even when your own best interest isnt a priority, and he intention is to help soneone else, telling the truth can still often hurt others, aside from being ineffective. And it can actually bury that thing you were trying to bring into the light of conscious awareness, even deeper. Then it started to make sense to me, that a human being is an animal, with certain goals built into our design. And that falsehood, make-belief, and even deception, are all functional parts of how this human operates in society. So that means that truth isnt always necessarily in our best interest as an individual animal with animal imperatives like survival and procreation. It also means we are not necessarily wired for truth and in my perception so far, the opposite is true. We are wired for decieving others and ourselves. Otherwise identity couldnt function and society couldnt function, the way that it currently does. So the analogy I use, is that due to current worship of human intellect, and western ideoligies and knowledge systems such as philosphy and science and medicine, we develop an image of a human being as a truth seeking machine of curiosity. Like mars rover. Designed to investigate reality. When the better comparison would be to something else like an advanced fighter jet. One is geard for truth, and built mostly out of the agenda of curiosity. And the other is geard for identifying friends and enemies, and fighting those enemies, out of the interest of opportunity and survival. This is also why the scientific method intentionally excludes human senses wnd human reasoning to establish what is true about objective reality. It lets data gathered from instruments, and maths and logic, to tediously distill what is objectively true, not what seems true to a human animal. If we look at the patterns in us that avoid or alter the truth, such as the psychological defense mechanisms, they can also be seen as filters, which interpret reality in a suitable way for the current identity. So it becomes clear to me atleast that identity is some functional component of how a human being (and other animals) operate in a society. Mostly as role providing mechanism. And then truth is seen as being almost detrimental to that adopted role. I think that if all our truth filters suddenly got disabled, maybe by a virus or something, the human world would collapse and be completely reformed. Because glue holding societies together seems to be identity, and the unconscious self deception that identity depends on. I also sort of think that many awakened people maybe hold onto one or more untruths in order to draw upon motive energy and operate in the world, maybe out of compassion for others. But I'm just speculating.

True expression arises from a state of presence and awareness, allowing intuition to guide the mind. When we relinquish control, including the need to be polite or conform to expectations, we create space for authentic expression to emerge. This intuitive expression reflects the universal will flowing through us, undistorted by our limited viewpoints and personal agendas. It may not always be pleasant or comfortable, but it will always be true. The moment we judge or calculate the "rightness" of our expression, we introduce the manipulations of the egoic mind. Pure expression arises from the heart, with complete trust and unconditional surrender. To access this state, we must cultivate total acceptance of the present moment - a state of unconditional surrender to what is. In this surrender, we dissolve the boundaries of the individual self and align with the wisdom of the heart. This is the way, the heart's way where you always rest in your nature witnessing everything without intervention. 🙂

No you can't read minds but you can see the underlying reason why people say and do the things they do. You see hidden agendas, wounds that drive dysfunction etc.

"Waking up" means becoming aware of what you are doing to yourself and, as a consequence, no longer doing it. In this case maybe it's passing judgment on one's own and other's behavior patterns. Something's amiss if this is burdensome.
