Might be a different brand by they look like Ramset's Insulfast fasteners.

Dont use zip if your using rockwool on the outside. Use henrys water proof blueskin and forego the rainscreen. Rockwool acts as a rainscreen.

You should be gapping your rockwool and sprayfoaming the joints too

An extra SA membrane isn't even necessary... Just take plywood or OSB as sheathing (as usually) but just tape or caulk the seams. (In case of OSB, you do need to have the guarantee that you have a good air tight quality). As an extra air and water barrier, you can also use a facade membrane.
