9:12 It's really funny but not quite true. Timmy said "I'm not supposed to age" he decided to live in tv because characters on tv don't age. Thats the whole reason he went into tv shows in Channel Chasers. The odd thing about that episode is in The Big Problem Timmy wishes he was an adult and loses Cosmo and Wanda. In Channel Chasers they explain that to him again and he gets surprised. Did he just forget?
