Wind noise in a video does not bother me. It is information about the environment in which you are working, a part of your reality which is why we all watch. I doubt my opinion is common. 😅 Filler music regularly annoys me.

One thing for sure Joe with all that gardening and now you're adding cows and maybe other animals you're going to need help doing all that work everybody is going to have to chip in, it's going to take at least six months for your hernia on the inside to heal. The garden area is really taking shape looks nice.

That deer in your garden was probably delighted that he found someone had planted young tender shoots and supplied a light so it was easier to find. Deer probably thinking, 'what a guy'. Tonight he'll invite some of his friend over for a party.

I once planted sweet corn in Hawaii but the cut-worms got to all of it. So I then started the corn in small peat pots in my green house to protect them. The larger transplanted survived the cut-worms in the ground. With Aloha...

Good luck with the quackgrass. Even the smallest of rhizomes will root and grow. I hope it's not the case for you, but I'll bet you'll have a lot of it regrowing. Tilling, discing, etc. usually only exacerbates the problem. Sadly, non-selective chemical control is usually the only solution.

Deer will paw the potatoes out of the ground and eat everyone of them. They will also eat squash
@NorthernSeclusion4 ай бұрын
I have grown potatoes for almost 40 years and many of the places had very high deer concentrations and never once has a deer touched my potatoes. I have had them growing outside the fenced area here for 3 years now and see deer almost every night and they have not touched them. They do say that if deer do not have ample forage in the wild they will sometimes eat squash plants. I have never had them bother them though. There is a first time for everything though. Lol.

Melissa messaged me on one of my crayfishing videos telling me it is pronounced crawfish not crayfish. I was going through my divorce after being married for 26 years. We kept talking and a year later we met in person when she flew up here to go to the tent. A few months later I drove down and spent a month or so down in Sorrento with her. We just stayed together ever since. I think this October it will have been 13 years. We own property on Blind river, we are maybe 10 lots down from Blind River Bar. Boat access only but when we sold the house down there we did not sell the river property. She moved up here almost 6 years ago and we bought the farmhouse.

Hey, Joe- in regards to those post hole diggers- My fater wrapped the shaft with eletrical tape at 1 foort, 1 and a half foot, 2 foot, etc. Sort of turned them in to story poles. Reason being? He lost his favorite measuring tape once when digging a hole. I know that you probably dont dig too many holes, just thought I'd offer a suggestion. Oh- and IF you play music, POlka or 80's hair...
