I had a rough, exhausting day, and after cracking open a beer and settling in my couch, I was very pleased to find a new video of yours, ready to kick off my relaxing me-time. Your videos don't just educate, they are one tool among others that allow people to maintain their mental health hygiene. I'm definitely looking forward to the 3h piece. The album of the week is a great idea. Cheers!

had a heavy convo with my neighbour yesterday. My autism takes a hecka long time to proccess. Your videos help me to ground and to relax. Especially when I need too. I was born a christian, traumatic journey till my 22nd. No hate towards the religion these days, but very critic still. I think you and Stefan Milo are the most relaxing paleo channels out there. With e.d.g.e being the funniest in a modest way, Thomas G being the most passionate and serious i guess? many other popping up these days. Thanks to all the paleo vids on youtube, i learned more about nature and how stuf works. I am a pagan nowadays, but science is kind of my first go to. and the rest i still see under "speculation". Thanks my friend. Youre awesome. Take care!

I'm just a layman, but this stuff fascinates me and I love learning about it. And there are loads of thought provoking and well produced videos about it on KZbin. Unfortunately, alot of them are also unsubstantiated, biased, and in some cases just outright crackpot. So when this video appeared in my feed, I immediately checked out the channel info. As soon as I read the words "all videos are based on peer reviewed research, fringe theories and conspiracies are not entertained" -- I subscribed !!

Thank you for a well researched and presented video as usual. With so little data available on which to form hypotheses, of course there will be controversy. Remember that academics must continually publish to achieve tenure. Hence controversy is an attractive opportunity for publications; note the number of names of the authors. It is the evolutionary survival of the most published. While in Italy, I hope that you are able to spend time in Florence. Amazing art yet there is a history of science museum across from the Ufizi Gallery. You will discover the telescopes of Galileo and the inclined planes he used to empirically formulate laws of gravity. There is more but these were highlights for me. But it would not be a waste of time to climb the Duomo, the experience and the view I found rewarding. Caio buona mente.
