Modern Mongolians aren’t ancient Mongols they are ancient Khitans from chinese province of Liaoning. When Mongoliya gained independence the government ordered its people to choose family names since they didn’t have any. Most chose Khiad and Börjigin to seem royal. But most are fakes. Khiad-Borjigin is the clan of Genghis Khan. Real Khiad (Qiyat) remain in Qazaqstan. Kazakhs never forgot their clans. Before Mongol Empire there were 4 Türk Qaghanats. 2 Celestial Turk (Blue Turks, Kök Türük), Uyghur Qaghanat and then Qyrghyz (Kyrgyz) Qaghanat. After the dissolution of the Khanates, only Turkic clans populated Mongolian plateau. These clans formed the Mongol Empire. Naiman, Kerey, Djalayir, Khunghyrat, Qiyat, Merkit, etc; are all Kazakh clans.

People often overlook Europe's rich prehistory? The whole history of prehistoric archaeology is dominated by a focus on Europe. Is this guy serious?
@NORTH02

I think I mean that people focus on history most of the time as apposed to prehistory. You are correct though, European prehistory is by far the most well studied compared to other continents.

I watched this video over 3 days, and its absolutely an amazing and beautiful video. Language and culture was something I've always wanted to know about our paleolithic ancestors, but its something we will never know and only something we can imagine along with the stories they must of told. With their lithic technology it could of been a case of we dont know the full story and they might of not needed to develop their technology further, although judging by this video their highly nomadic life probably didnt give them enough down time to play around and figure something new out. But unlike our civilisation now where only very few people knows our technology inside out, I bet all members of their groups would know how to make everything they needed along with knowledge on processing animals and knowledge on plants. So in a way I feel like yeah they're primitive compared to us now they had a wealth of knowledge that probably wasnt limited to one or 2 members of their group.

There are plenty of examples of old dogmatics suppressing new discoveries. Plenty of examples of this even in geology such as Bretz with missoula floods, wegener with continental drift, Semmelweis.. the list goes on and on even to this day.
