I like the video but you made one critical error that is actually quite common. You said the footballer was "almost as fast as the men in the Tokyo 100m dash" this is very, very incorrect. His TOP speed was 23mph, however the sprinters' AVERAGE speed was 23mph. If you compare top speed to top speed, it's not even close. Comparing top speed to average speed basically means that even if he started the race at his absolute fastest 100% all out sprint against one of those sprinters starting from a dead stop, the sprinter would STILL WIN. Sprinters speed is no joke.

You can't really compare Bolt and Jacobs though because Bolt was always hurt off and on and at the time he was not only super young but wasn't training seriously and properly. it wasn't until he switched coaches that he started winning. So bolt taking 7 years to make a statement isn't anything comparable or a factor when you look at it side by side with Jacobs. Not to mention Bolt had the likes of Blake and Powell to compete against and train with. No offense to Italy but Jacobs literally only had Tortu. But even then his winning times weren't crazy in 2018 he won in 10:24 and in 2019 and 2020 he won in 10.10. Also none of the top top contenders were really in the final. The fastest in the world didn't make the final and there was no Christian Coleman or Noah Lyles. He almost lost to a 400m specialist and this isn't to take anything from him because the winning time was crazy fast but I'm just saying I wouldn't try to compare his quick rise to the slower one of Bolt because Bolts story is completely different.
