Just went back to finish university, stopped smoking for a few years already, working out occasionally, building a career at a company and soon to drop that addicton as well to build my own. Working on drinking 0 still having 3 beers tops with friends but nothing serious. I actually agree with Koe, meaning people should consume content which builds them and pay attention to always act ( 2x ) more than consuming so they are on the inevitable way to success. If you cannot keep up, clarify your goals ( with deadlines ) and make a tracker where you can keep your progress. under controll. Slowly you will realise that you are able to do just anything not just in anything but in your personal life as well. Keep up guys, stay strong and stay healthy!

Thank you ☺️💚 I'd like to add that in Carlos Castañeda's books, don Juan Mátus spoke extensively about being ruthless with oneself, in the sense that you must be implicitly honest with yourself in crafting your life. Like creating an anti-vision and a vision. To qualify what I've said, as I've built an anti vision/vision, I've come across the layers of what other people want. It's interesting. So many layers of other people. The question being, where am I? Working on it.

Hi @DanKoe , I really love your content , this video is what I needed today , but let me be devils advocate here , I have done this multiple times but life hits and things go back to zero , I know it’s how it is and how things work but I would love this changed . You gave a path on how to get this done but most of us are deep in the mud as they don’t know what to prioritise in life , for example I never thought my health can become concerning point until I was seriously ill , still now I make health secondary. It’s not that I don’t know the importance but just lack of judgement on priorities and not knowing how to say no to other priorities which are less important . Hopefully you run a X days guide on what to do each week and why should it be done . Like I will say start with walking 30 mins a day for first week it will change a lot in you . Something you have observed as a productivity passionate . Which can help people to start with.

The Anti-Vision technique doesn't work with me, I've tried it a lot. I feel like I'm going against the tide when I do this, yes, I feeling like going against my nature. It's not easier for me to identify what I don't want from direct experiences than to identify what I want from imagination. I am a being with infinite imagination, to the point that I have to be careful not to leave the physical world and leave my body alone haha. It's my nature to be positive, to only care and focus on what I want and to imagine it to generate feeling on me that make to to take action and reap results. Based on what this excellent video content says, then I must be a minority in the world. Thank you very much for the video, Dan Koe! All your videos are amazing
