I’ve had the pleasure of test driving a white ghibli sq4 for a couple and I enjoyed the experience! The car looks goregous from the outside and the interior has really nice finishings including the wood on the section near the infotainment system. The v6 sound when you start the car in sport is breathtaking and as far as the drive, it was smooth to drive and had no issues and it was a fun car to drive overall. The infotainment system was easy to use and the only real issue was the gear shifter took some time to get used but overall I enjoyed my rental

The Ghibli got better and better little by little every year. Definitely the ageless design it helps to keep it fresh, with some touches here and there it still looks amazing. I’m not sure if all the phones will fit in the wireless charger spot but anyway it looks nice and they fixed what it was wrong. When are you gonna receive the V8 Trofeo in your fleet ?

It doesn't have a bigger engine. This is the same displacement as the "smaller" 345hp engine. Same 3.0 liters. Just more boost. The 3D grill has been that way since as far back at 2012 or even earlier. The concave slanted grill fins is not a new thing.

I prefer with chromes like my gransport SQ4 with chromes .. gives a better luxury touch mixed with a bit sport style, For me, it looks cheap the handles painted and also the new 2021 rear lights.. I don't know, I may need time to become more used and have a different opinion but I am not fun right now.

As a Maserati owner... I only bought one because I needed to fake it till I made it. Well, thanks to everyone being indoors right now, my business and I made it. After being being in a better place, I can safely say after owning the Ghibli, I’ll 1000% NEVER drive, let alone buy another Maserati. Everyone else is just doing everything better. And if I want that “Ferrari DNA” hmu in 6 months when I get the real McCoy, after my next 2 harvests, and I’m expecting an 812 with an N Largo kit if I can manage find one.

Maserati only need to do 3 things to kill the game: 1: make interior design great in terms of technology and functions and say goodbye to cheap plastic parts 2: work more on exterior upgrade cause the current upgrade isn’t significant enough 3: improve build quality and reliability

@@paulj9821 all great things come at a cost. And Maserati have just received a huge investment and it’s up to them wether if they want to make a change. I own a 2017 ghibli and I can hardly tell the difference from the previous as well as the current models except some small minor interior “upgrades” there and there ( still shit tho) while the exterior reminds almost identical. I see no effort in terms of interior upgrades being the material and cool functions. I’m disappointed honestly. Ferrari will soon stop producing engines for Maserati and I see no point of ever buying a Maserati since then. Unless real changes happen at Maserati if not, the brand will simply just die or downgrades to something like Jaguar

I have 2018 Ghibli. I will say this from my experience - quality is not great. The whole car rattles when driving. AC never worked well. Dealers couldn’t fix these issues. Frustrated for a 90k car.

I used to like Maserati's a lot back when they first re-entered the states, but think they have very little to go on (currently) from a design, mechanical, and fit/finish standpoint. I don't favor certain countries cars over the other, but look at the 2021 BMW M3 Competition & M4 Competition models, esp in the Metallic Ivy Green / Orange-Dark Green Leather interior or Metallic Yellow, Metallic Blue on the M4 Competition models. Now, look at the pricing levels, starting pricing, equipment, etc. The Maserati is very nice but can't even touch the other two cars I mentioned above. This car is nothing special, it needs to realign itself from a pricing standpoint, and also up on the reliability - it has been plagued with issues since it re-entered (once again), our marketplace. As someone else on here said, depreciate on these cars is alarming and tells a story. I wish Maserati the best and if they wake up and change some things, they might remain in our marketplace. Otherwise, we will eventually see Maserati, Alfa Romeo, and Fiat, once again, leave us for good.

My 2017 SQ4, is still fun to drive, the depreciation is terrible, my car is worth $28,000 with 30,000 miles. I need brake pads, but Maserati wants me to change rotors too, $4000, for everything. My insurance is much higher then my 2017 Corvette Z06, go figure. I still like the car, but it’s really a money pit to be honest. I’ll dump it soon, I doubt I’ll ever buy another. My wife Alfa Romeo Gulia Quad, is a much better car.
