Ryan, if you happen to read this: Can you do sketch on the first person to sell their house? I'd love to see your take on the first estate agent getting involved (why the hell is it their business to walk around the seller's house with someone who might buy it but without the seller being present?!), then the prospective buyer not having the cash to buy it outright because the seller decided it should be outrageously expensive, then the bank steps in...
