Great advice. Thank you. Just a follow up question: you mentioned some of the things that your personal assistant does to help you manage your personal life; but what are the list of tasks that does she need to do in terms of your professional life (the stuff you are not great at, your liabilities, or something else)? And what is the difference between a personal assistant or an executive assistant? Or are they the same? (or is the Chief of Staff more like an executive assistant). Thank you for your insights.
