Those angels are really nice-looking, Jorge. It is very convenient to have your own sand to get for all your tanks! Thanks for the overview as well. Great video!

I tried that with my 210 when I first bought it. Just sand, no dirt. It never cleared up. It had a hazy look for over a year. I finally swapped out the sand for some small grain gravel, and that cleared it up almost immediately.

I love collecting my own substrate as well. It’s satisfying for me knowing I get it from nature. Can wait to see the pond as it progresses. Very cool Jorge

I love a nice tank of angel fish. It's simple, but has a lot of impact. When the plants grow out, it will be stellar.

LOL your garage looks a lot like mine and I don't have any aquariums in the garage. Although I am contemplating moving them all in there. But I will take a bunch of money to partition off my 3rd stall then have to insulate everything and put in a mini split or something to keep it cool during the Texas heat and warm during the cooler weather. But my other half doesn't want me to spend a bunch of money on that. ☹

Being able to get free substrate is a bonus. I have to buy bags in my local area.

It is way more clear! I guess if need be, you could alwaus use something like the API AquaClear. There's probably other floculants too. Something to bind the particles and drop them out of suspension. Curiious: how big is that tub? I bought a RubberMaid 100 gallon livestock tub about two weeks ago. I want to get a bulkhead for somewhere around the top to use as an overflow. Work in progress. 🙂 The racks look fantastic! Looks like we could both use bigger garages! 🙂 Plastic box like those boxes they use to plant water lilies? Great stuff, Jorge! ~Ron
