So you got me thinking.....if when Barry Allen runs he generates speed force for other speedsters, so what if when he was out running death all those years he was generating more and more speedforce which is why Wally was able to pull off such feats that we've never seen a speedster do before. Meaning the only reason why wally is perceived faster and more capable depending on who you talk to as compared to Barry because of Barry and him continuously outrunning death just creating more and more Speed force until his return. 🤔

Sam Allen I think it's a cool theory idk if anyone else thought it up but id imagine someone else also thinks so. It would be a cool retcon of sorts to help explain the power between the speedsters. I was born in the Wally West era but Barry Allen is my flash and the only flash I've known for a long time. Idk how growing up I missed wally being the flash at that moment but hey whatevs lol. Either way id like them to establish the definitive flash like they've done with good ol Supes and Hal since you know Hal doesn't even need a ring anymore he is will power and all that.

SLIIMWOLF Dude not to burst your theory but that is exactly what the speed force is meant to do. Speedsters dying is giving new speedsters extra fuel when they merge with the speed force. Think about this. In Flashpoint why do you think Flash couldn’t run back in time. The answer is Eobard Thawn negating Barry’s Speed force with negative Speedforce cause he was taking all the energy to cut Barry out to generate his own. When Thawn was killed Barry got his connection back. I vaguely remember that only kid flash took the whole speedforce in himself at one time. Just having hard time with the context though. Sam Geurdi my whole thing is of Thawne uses the negative speed force which of counter to the Speed force how is he siphoning the Speed force. He's not connected to it like the other speedsters. And I get that when a speedster dies they merge with the Speed force but Barry didn't die. So he couldn't have merge into the Speed force. He was IN the Speed force outlining death. I've seen Flashpoint, I've read the comic so that part always confused me. Thawne isn't supposed to be attached to the Speed force so I don't see how he can siphon it.

nic defendis Sacrificed in a blaze of glory burning up as his last heroic act was to trash Anti-Monitors armor in the COIE event of 1986 returned in FC and got a 6 mini issue titled The Flash: Rebirth 2009. Yeah pretty much dead for 20+years. But the idea was no one knew anything until FC.

I really like the way Morrison set up the New Gods in Multiversity. New Genesis and Apokalips exist independent of any one universe. This gives them access to any of the 52 universes, but they don't reside in any one universe.

I thought that the DC superheroes discovered New Genesis & Apokolips after the first big event after the first Crisis, I believe it was called Legends. It introduced the newest incarnation of the Justice League of America that put Blue Beetle, Booster Gold, GL Guy Gardener, female Dr. Light, Red Rocket, Capt. Hey I love comic book heros but I've literally never even bought myself a comic. I'm something of a collector (of things not comics persay) so I would want to preserve everything as much as possible, I'm also a binger so I would want to consume as much content as possible. Where would be the best place for a marvel fan to get into reading comics? Best way to collect them? Best way to consume the content? I already buy a ton of superhero merch licensed and otherwise when not available licensed. I'm not above piracy when necessary. I would like to become more immersed if possible. If I have to pick a starting point I would like to become a subject matter expert on Venom from Spiderman. These videos are about as in-depth as I've ever gotten.

Man - im really sorry to leave a comment this harsh. Ive been trying to suppress it and hope it was a bad observation i had in a grumpy mood one day or something, but the more i return to your videos, the more evident it becomes. To preface, i really like the work you do. You have an extraordinary knowledge of comic books, and you do a fantastic job of breaking down plots and characters. The content of your channel is superb. But the presentation man. It hurts to watch sometimes. Now, im all for retaining a child like wonder and amusement with things we love. In many cases the innocence of that is beautiful and should not be shamed. But your language and mannerisms go from child-like, to childISH. Your presentation feels on par with what i would expect to see and hear from a 10 year old man. Your vocabulary is often cringe-inducing and leaves ALOT to be desired. When everything is "AMAZE-BALLS" and "AMAAAAZING", there is no real articulation of what makes these things impressive. Its like you get so excited about your topics that you cant express yourself with any more articulation than a early middle schooler who doesnt quite understand what makes superman so "amaze-balls". Even your affect and mannerisms are incredibly childish. Its like watching a scifi comedy movie where a 10 year boy got stuck in a mans body. I totally see how its going to be take this any other way than offensive and rude, but i truly dont mean for it to be. These complaints frustrate me so much i drop off from following the channel for months at a time because i get so exasperated by the utter lack of intelligence and articulation put into "explaining comics". And i highly doubt im the only one who feels this way. In fact, im certain im not. Comicbook fans are already beset by the stigma you encapsulate so thoroughly, that i cant even in good conscience recommend your channel to my friends because it just drives home this stereotype of man-children obsessed nostalgia soaked relics of their childhood that carry no deeper or more sophisticated merit than how amaaaaazing some fantasy characters costume looked. If you ever actually read this, if you could temper your reaction away from getting defensive and dismissing my feedback because, well, how could this be a real issue when you have 1.76 MILLION subscribers??? I guarantee you, if you were to actually make material steps to subvert this impression i get every time im 5 minutes into one of your [still fantastic] videos - youd find even more success on this platform, and likely even beyond it But regardless of how you receive this comment, i want to reiterate how much i otherwise enjoy your content and hope you continue to put it out!!

The New 52 erased Final Crisis from Continuity, but now it's back apparently. I think the Pre N52 universe and the N52 Universe are slowly fusing, and thus we suddenly have references to previous stories that weren't in continuity in N52.

If it helps in 1991 there was a story called Armageddon 2001. A future villain destroys the heroes and after that final battle they alone survived to rule the earth. This individual is wearing a high tech battle arm our which reveals nothing about who's wearing it. They call them self Monarch. In attempt to create a time loop and ensure their own creation time travel experiments are conducted. One such subject survived. They became a being of pure tachyons. Hypothetical particles that can only move faster than light. He learned to control the energy to form a body and manipulate time itself. He stopped Monarch. Jump ahead to Armageddon Inferno extra dimensional villain Abraxis is invading. Wave Rider the hero who controls time mentioned above needs help. Dr.Fate guides him to the heroes he can recruit to save the world. The missing and forgotten Justice Society of America. Turns out at the end of WW2 Hitler imprinted his hate onto the spear of destiny. Linking the fall of the Reich to Ragnarok. Each hero joined with a god to endlessly fight the final battle. Every time they finished it resets itself. Eventually the Abraxis powered villains he used switched places with the JSA saving them and protecting earth from falling. That's where they'd been for 30 years. Outside of space and time. Not aging. Of course their being there was the work of the Spectre. He held back time again to allow the heroes to fight. I was reading DC in the 80s. And since.

But Montoya became an alcoholic because Two-Face revealed Montoya's sexuality to her parents and colleagues, then her colleague was murdered and Montoya no longer stand corruption within the GCPD. After Montoya's resignation, she began to drinking more, so Montoya's girlfriend is not longer bear it, so she decided to leave Montoya. then originan Question finds Montoya ad rest is history. in my opinion Jim Starlin and Jack Kirby are two of the most influential and underrated writers and artists in comic book history think about what's happening in both the MCU and the dceu most of the concepts that are happening in their films today wouldn't be possible without their creative input. Jack Kirby created Darkseid and without Darkseid there would be no Steppenwolf and therefore no villain for the Justice League movie granted that movie was mishandled and Darkseid should have been the villain but I guess that was DC's way of setting up a movie with Dockside as their final enemy like how the MCU set up their movies to culminate in the battle with Thanos and without Jim Starlin there would be no Thanos so basically if those two icons of the industry didn't have the opportunity to create those classic characters and stories we wouldn't have any good comic book movies to look forward to not to mention all the great comics that have involved their characters
