That was indeed the first episode of this season that I've enjoyed... but I'll admit that I've only watched the Red Death arc, and the crossover with Dreamer from *Supergirl* , so I might have missed some "gems", even if I doubt it. But out of all the DC crossovers that took place in the span of 3 weeks (Stargirl showed up in last week's episode of *Titans* season 4, Dreamer in *The Flash* , and now Oliver Queen and Diggle show up in it too) this episode is still behind *Titans* _"Dude, where is my Gar?"_ for me, I mean the *Stargirl* crossover was sadly very short, but the episode itself was great... and now I have to go watch the follow-up episode that came out earlier today. *"It's my party and I'll die if I want to"* has a much more solid crossover, since Oliver spent way more time on screen and had much more to do, and it was a really cool "goodbye Again" episode. (funny how both of these solid episodes had an important cast member co-writing or directing it... Ryan Potter/Beast Boy co-wrote the *Titans* episode with Geof Johns, and *The Flash* one was directed with Danielle Panabaker... I guess you get better results when someone who really cares about the show take the reins) Plus, Bloodwork is great. I loved it when they baited us into thinking that he wouldn't transform when Diggle shot him with a bazooka... I thought "these cheapskates wouldn't even open the CGI coffers for the last Oliver/Barry episode??" And the right after that, boom, Bloodwork in full transformation shows up!! Anyway, I guess I'll watch the last arc of *The Flash* for old times sake, since I really was a big fan of the show during the first 3 seasons. The Arrowverse is dead, long live the Arrowverse (through *Superman and Lois* for another couple years at least)!!

I don't understand the point in Iris having more resistance against the blood than everyone else. She's just a normal human but the writing makes her seem like some kind of God half of the time... Thankfully, the side characters were the only bad thing about the episode. Everything else was pretty much as good as it could've been. Hoping for more Multiverse acknowledgement in the coming episodes but I have a feeling 9x9 was the peak of the season. 9x10 spoiler Episode 10 looks promising with the real man in yellow, Matt Letscher. Fingers cross they don't shove him to the side again like in season 8. (Although that "Running Scared" scene was pretty cool)

I almost can't believe that this episode came out of current Flash.

The writing suddenly got WAY better in this episode than any episode for the past 2-3 seasons. I get the feeling that Stephen Amell and David Ramsey wrote their own scenes, but overall the dialogue was much better for most of the characters. Even the stunt choreography was better.

Am I the only one who noticed the name of the restaurant where Barry and his parents ate was called Zatarra's I was hoping Zatarra himself would come to the show and be a good side character! But this was a brilliant episode

Was so hyped for this episode & I’m not sure if it matched expectations (even when I put my expectations low after the shitty episodes) But this was definitely the only good episode of the show (should have been a two parter) But I’m just happy that Diggle finally got to say bye to Oliver 😭😭 I teared up a little and was definitely a saving Grace for this shit season Danielle Panabaker deserves a lot of respect for giving us such a banger episode Was good to see Lonsdale back too
