Love listening to you! I love how you said success is not defined by what you accomplish but defined by who you become.

Tattoo Removal Lady: I'm going through tattoo removal right now for a couple of small spots on my arm. Here's what I think, if you can deal with it, just keep it. Removing it is a super painful process, you need like 15 treatments, you blister up almost every time, you cant tan after you need to cover it to tan, etc... Your body does urinate out the ink so it goes through your kidneys, not sure if its unhealthy or not. But after a couple years it should be pretty much gone.

Thank you! At some point can you talk about bread? I didn't know about the dough conditioners to make bread soft, I had been looking only for rancid oils. Thank you for all your teaching

Thank you dr axe for this. So much wisdom packed in here. When I get some money I’m going to buy this book. I think it will benefit me. How much turmeric do you take do you side it for cooking? Pill? Liquid? I was diagnosed with diverticulitis so need help on what herbal or supplements to use besides changing my diet.

Dr. Axe. I have serious mucus phlegm, it almost unbearable. I can’t cough it up, or swallow it. It’s been this way since I had a sinus cyst removed 8 years. My doctor shrugs it off and tells me it’s post nasal drip and I have to live with it. Please help. Sometimes I just want to die! It’s so bad.

Dr Axe, maybe consider a different brand of mug to drink out of. Research has shown that Stanley cups contain lead. Leadsfreemama A great source on lead in our food and products. I have switched to hydro flask. Thanks for all your information. I love these q&as and all that they cover
