Broken Pokémon are all over emerald elite redux. Primal Cascoon being the perfect example of pure busted chaos. Well there was always a Pokémon in the game that could rival its power but in unobtainable and only ever appears once. Dewleon is a force of nature. There is no way to find or catch Dewleon so just how far do the limits of it power reach?

Mega Swalot(and any mon with Corrosion), Shedninja(must be sent out first), Marowak with bone zone boosted bone moves, and Mold Breaker are viable counters to this abhorrent abomination. Note: Tinted Lens and abilites that mess with the type chart works as well as Mold Breaker Clones that are either abilities or moves.

Funniest way I took it out was catching an Exploud in VR, having Specs Boomburst, then getting a lucky crit doing 70% and 2 hitting

How it works on practice: Yeah it’s obviously just as broken as you expect, though what wasn’t expected was the stupidity Ubers was in the short time it was in the format. Legit the only thing you could do to match calm mind freeze bolt dewleon and slow it down was to send out your own and hope your freeze dry gets the frost bite before the opponent

I beat Dewleon with Pecharunt, using Corrosion + Toxic and stalling with Baneful Bunker and Recover to stay alive. Scrappy can also be really effective.

Probably would work against AI or just gameplay, but against a real person...they'd know to maybe bring a Shedinja counter move, either on the team overall or on the Dewleon itself.

And its trainer battle is completely trivialised by garganacl with salt cure, since this beast spams scald, gains the water type and thus takes 25% damage per turn while you spam recover

You can also stop retribution blow with a ghost type since it doesn't have scrappy. Personally, I'd use a strong hitting speicial ghost type with a move that does have an immunity. (An example is Mega houndoom redux with overheat. Yes, burns can be nasty, but at least ir doesn't hurt the special attack.)

Dewleon ain’t shit ! Dragonite clears it with its ability to still hit fairy types with his multi scale and prism scale to cut damage dewleon will freeze dry dragonite to a little above half and after you set up a dragon dance just dragon rush it

Primal Cascoon is clearly better than Dewleon. I would really enjoy a Primal Silcoon to rival Primal Cascoon. You could give it, I dunno, Mystic Power instead of Adaptability or Fluffy instead of Impenetrable or something like that.

A really powerful pokemon that just has the same weaknesses as keckleon Tinted lens, an ability that makes a type super effective against another or that ignores immunities Of course, if the player could have it, it could solo the entire game except for the 7th gym

It is ABSOLUTELY not more broken than Primal Cascoon. It's a Surprise for sure but very easily Counterable. Take any Pokémon with Mold Breaker and it's Done for. Corrosion just Bullies it. Skill Swap just takes its best thing and uses it for yourself. Destiny Bond, Perish Song are always there.

I just stalled this thing out with a Leech Seed set by Mega Meganium, as it can take indirect damage and won’t switch to grass type when using Giga Drain or Draining Kiss (I think both swap it to poison)
