Great video... just wondering if this bike could still be a real touring bike? I'm looking at it as taking a race car for a cross country trip. I'm sure it's possible, but I'm sure running hot for 3-4 hours can't be good either.

I've got a 472 cam with all the supporting mods, 7.1 injectors, bigger intake manifold, pipe / cleaner and tune and my fat bob fucking rips. I can drag any sport bike and gap them until 100-120 depending on it's a liter bike or a 600. I've also rolling raced a modded gsxr-750, a brand new r6, a hellcat, a ZL1 and tons of other thins and gapped every single one of them. Sport bikes can't touch me until 100, and at that point I've already won so what's the point?

I see it has the POWER...besides the motor what else was done to handle it all to keep it reliable . Most want the big engine and fail to include extra money for clutch ..because we all know that its not just the engine..once you go past the limits of stock parts ..you need the hole package..ie clutch and brakes drive train...

I've got a 128 using a Woods cam - getting close to these numbers but mine reach them at 2400 RPM's and hold them all the way through. What's with not getting to 130 T until 4500 RPMs? That sucks!

Kevin Butler welded and trued and we removed the counter balancer and rebalanced the assembly. All in all it dropped about 3 pounds!

Yes but you loose some HP running a Trask on a engine like this.

Hey guys great video got a question for you kind a random regarding a TTS master tune can the TTS master tune be detected by Harley is master computer Digital tech or whatever it’s called after it’s removed got severely injured at work won’t be riding for quite a while going to sell the bike but don’t want to sell it without a factory warrantee for whoever is buying it it’s a 2019 road glide special

@Paco B I have 2017 ultra limited 107 with Stage 3 kit all HD, with a TTS tuner and D&D Fatcat 2into1 exhaust, and every dealer I've been to in 22 different states says that once that tuner has been put on and hooked up to any HD tech machine it automatically gets flagged and warranty is void. I've also been told that the motorcycles computer stores it and it never can be fully deleted and only way to get rid of it is to redo entire wiring/ computer system and that can't officially happen because bike serial numbers are coded from bike to wiring. Otherwise it would have to be a totalled bike. Now I might be naive or dumb about it, but from California, Washington, Las Vegas, Oregon, Nebraska, Tennessee, NC, Virginia dealership all tell me same thing. If you hear different than please let me know.

Jason Ingle I’m from California I contacted TTS they said that it cannot be detected once it’s removed I also talk to a few Harley dealerships in my area and they told me if the digital tech is hooked up to your bike it will void your warranty even if it’s removed So you kind of don’t know what to believe the only reason why I care is because I am selling my bike because of a injury and I don’t want the person buying it not to have a warranty so you get conflicting information and you don’t know what to believe

@@sjbb838 exactly. I guess only one way to find out.. take it to an awesome dealership that won't screw it up.. if one actually exists. Once a dealership has hooked your bike up on their system, that bikes VIN# is forever flagged, I believe even if the tuner program is removed. That's what I've been told by numerous great dealerships. That's just how HD is. but to be honest, if nothing is wrong with the bike at all then the new buyer shouldn't have any issues buying your bike as is. just give the buyer copies of all your receipts and service records. @@NoName-vz1ob but if the TTS tuner was installed and bike needed say an update on stereo or needed a state inspection or battery went dead or even put on the dyno and needed to be plugged in the System then it would be flagged..correct? so yes you can delete the aftermarket tuner from the bike and put the stock tune back on, which would probably ruin how the bike performs, but once the bike is in the HD system then it won't matter if you return it back to stock. HD will still have it flagged..Correct?

Exhaust change. The Burns 2>1 is designed to win faces at full throttle. You sell it on almost all serious drag bikes at the track.

Jezus, that's a big dip in the Torque curve at 2.5~3k. You made a big mistake on that exhaust pipe. That's way too short for a bagger.

It does have a dip but it also make some extra HP’s on the top. Customer loves this exhaust and would change it out even if he got more bottom.

K shinn It’s our favorite set up. Kraus worked directly with Ohlins to get the front fork tuned correctly for the Harley’s weight. If you want the best this is the set up you want. With Powervision and TTS you can reflash the stock map into the bike that's true. However most of the time when the DT is plugged in it is on the fly, like changing the auxillary lights to always on or pulling the pin code or something. We don't plug bikes in to Harley's system unless we absolutely have to. We use a different "code scanner".

@@sjbb838 if a bike under warranty that has an aftermarket tune in the ECM is connected to a dealerships Digital Technician (the computer that pulls up codes, flashes radios, lights, security PIN codes, FOBs etc) it will immediately auto flag the VIN for power train warranty.

@@sjbb838 no. If it is removed it will be fine. What I am saying is I have seen the units plugged in inadvertently out of habit or the TTS not being on the bike and an issue that requires it. For those reasons we don't use the HD scanner so it doesn't happen at our shop.

Great max power, but that's a significant drop in the Torque band mid range. Not a great Torque curve, it builds then starts to fall on its ass and then back up. I'm sure that's quite noticeable. A smoother torque curve woukd have been nicee. Those max powers are nice though... GO TRUMP!

It was the pipe choice. The customer wants top end power to run light to light. And the drop is from 130 tq to 123 tq so it is not real noticable. We normally use different exhaust to give more of a mid curve and less top end girth but we build to suit the rider.

Either way nice max numbers, i would talk him into adjusting that mid range power. That's where you get that off the line freight train pull. I bet she gets down after 3500rpms though. I hope to see a real good test drive video once he breaks it in.
