This is why people like Gurdjieff and others walked this earth, to avoid this. In the future they will be even better in stimulating the senses and lead us farther away from ourselves. If AI is true as they say it might lead humanity completely astray. That is if we are not astray yet.

It is generally known that AGI is unsafe. Even the developers know this, but continue to develop it. Very bad times are coming. Regardless of the unsafety of AGI, there is also the human factor. First the atomic bomb was built and much later the nuclear power plant.

I agree. With all of this technology, the world will change drastically in the coming years, which is why I think people should educate themselves on this topic and increase their understanding of potential futures.
