That's really some mind blowing music. Some of the best you've written since the Circle of Illusion days. I was grinning from ear to ear and also shaking my head back and forth in disbelief of the godly music I was hearing. :) You and Aaron have such good chemistry and the addition of Julie on vocals really adds to the track. Her vocals are really beautiful in the similar sort of "vocalized" style of Annie Haslam on the Renaissance track Prologue. Can't wait to hear some more from this project.

Just have listened to the first 4 minutes. Then I got bored. Always the same motiv in different variations (motiv shifting to another base tone, motiv shortening, different motive akzentuation, playing motiv faster). If this is what musicians learn today..... holly shit.

Thomas Grashoff If you get that bored, please try to compose, play, produce, fund, manage and do a video shoot of a song, which you are not getting bored of - first, tastes and skillsets are very different, second, your analysis is not even true because if you listen more carefully, there is more going on, e.g. different melodies/themes/rhythms and soundscapes - 3., also don't blame music universities, because I never visited one, 4., your comment is not respectful regarding the artist, regarding me - so your criticism is 0% constructive and not helpful for an independent artist - so please think about more if you leave a comment in future - thanks for your understanding

(btw... it's spelled Holy... not the girls name Holly, or 'Holly'wood) Personally, I wouldn't bash something I don't like on social media... it's in poor taste, and your opinion is just that... your opinion. But thanks for sharing. Gerald summed it up well. I think he's a very talented composer. 'Circle of Illusion' blew me away, and his current work is very good... and that's in many opinions, but obviously not yours Mr. Grashoff. Maybe you could teach us how to make good music? Keep up the great work Gerald! Be great to maybe hear another Circle of Illusion album someday... hint :)
