Your videos are fantastic. They offer a lot of conceptual reinforcement of what I’m working on with my local instructor. I’ve really been working allowing my arms to drop naturally. Really keeping a relaxed grip helps me so much! Tension had been killing my swing. Thanks for these great videos!

Hi Jeff, really appreciate this comment, so great to read you’re enjoying the videos and they re assure you of what you’re currently working on with your local coach. I also agree with the grip… relaxing the grip flexes the arms so keep up the great work. And do keep me updated!

Thank you... The pitching swing as in from the setup all the way to the technique? Or is there anything you'd like me to cover specifically?

Why didn't you explain this to me???

Hi Robert, thanks for commenting, it's good to hear from you. This wasn't mentioned in our lessons because you were so used to keeping the lower body completely still, we had to get you exaggerating this 'impulse' (the feeling of the squat and push back up). Plus, as you're already aware from past experience, too many swing thoughts/ things to focus on after one lesson over complicates things. And the first lesson... the squat and push up suited what we were aiming to achieve. I hope this makes sense, if you have any further questions feel free to contact me via message or Skillest
