I did this too while I was on program. It did help a lot because digging through the big box several times a Day was overwhelming. Quick question -do you ever prepare a hack (like turning a fueling into chips) and bring that to work? Also, do you have a coach?are you a coach? Thank you for taking the time to do these fun and Informative videos.

Hello Sue! I have prepared a few fuelings ahead of time, but most of the time I make them at work. :) I do have an amazing coach and yes, I am also a coach. :)

I just finished day 6- I have a question. In usually just grab a fueling depending on mood:convenience. Am I supposed to be eating from certain fueling categories everyday?

So excited I’ve lost 15.3 days at 30 day Mark! Excited to see what the next 30 days will bring! I’m feeling fantastic! So glad I decided to start this program. 😊

Are OPTAVIA and medifast the same thing?

Actually no. Medifast is a type of fuelings but does not promote the community and coaching aspect. Optavia is the whole shabang!

It depends on your program! I would talk to your health coach about approved snacks on your specific program. We have a bar that is cranberry and I love it!!
