Master as you said about the fat loss process, it's given in 11th biology biomolecules chapter, lipids ( fats) is an biomacromolecule that is a compound of hydrogen, oxygen and carbon. On combustion these organic compounds gets converted into gaseous form I.e carbon dioxide along with water gets vapoured.....greatly explained in simple terms master 😀

I have a question i think this is the right place and your the right person to explain me very clearly with scientific facts. 1. I saw youtube videos there a lady talking about low calorie foods. My doubt is if our intake of calorie is less how could our body will function? 2. Cutting of sugar completely dose it healthy (we have been thought from childhood days that 6 type of taste our food should contain). 3. People are creating a image (im not sure its a truer not )that staying lean is healthier .in koyambedu market i can see fat guys are lifting huge weight walking and working whole day..

our body was designed to work on protein and fats we developed habits of eating arbs when we evolved but sugars were the worst invention and causes so many problems so cutting sugart is absolutely healthy if people are fat - they gain insulin resistance and hence carbs become their enemy - in that case low carb is teh only solution staying lean is healthier - not bodybuilder lean but men around 10-12% body fat and women below 20% that was the normal fat persentage or people 100 years back today other person is obese and dont kow how unhealthy they are and being fat is becomign normal which is the worst thing happeing in the society in terms of health

Hi master, Due to my work hours, I can't work out in the morning. I'm also not a morning person. I go to gym at 7 pm. It's about 9pm when I sit for dinner after getting home and taking shower. Is it bad to take dinner at 9 pm. I sleep around 11 pm. I wake up around 8 am. Pls suggest a diet plan.

depends on overall diet when it is lactose from whole milk - it does not affect as the food has a moderate glycemic index.. but if it is from a skimmed source - it may be harmfula s the GI is tampered

Master, I joined gym 3 months ago. I done both cardio and weight both 30 minutes each. After 3 months I'm down from 90kg to 85kg. But after first two weeks I reduced to 85, after that there was no loss of weight. I'm in same weight. Why is that? I only started doing weight training as cardio doesn't work for me.

Coach sema punch ❤️❤️❤️ hats off to u coach, coach i have some doubts am a vegetarian so my full of hand and mouth ll alvayz have salads and paneer, makhana, stuffed paratha 😂😂😂 if am angry means, my height is 166cm now my weight is 53 but am foced on 48kg with healthy fat loss is it ok coach now a days am doing lot of vorkouts so my body ll bcme dryness so i need to eat some bit of ice creams daily also i done it atleast 2 scoops at night or i need to drink chillness of fresh juice without sugars after dat am feel am not that much of dryness bcz 5-6 hours i do my vorkouts per day

Master as a natural water cut and sodium cut during last 3 days makes us flat or is it okay to cut.

i wont cut salt more than 24 hours when you are natural water i will resuce for last 48 hours but total cut wil be only 8 hours or in some cases 12
