It used to be football, not anymore. Any "protection" rules are bullshit. QG's get paid ridiculous money. Being planted by a LB or defensive end is part of the deal.. If you don't want to get blasted receiving over the middle, give up your million dollar contract. The only plus side to the bogus rules is when a QB or WR gets a heavy hit, it usually ends their career. Risk vs Reward.
