Great video. Found your channel looking up this topic. I ate pizza and pasta on Saturday during an outing with friends knowing that either wheat or gluten messes with my mood, my nervous system, my heart and my brain. It messes the homeostasis and metabolism of my body. All of the internal regulators feel upset. Today is Monday and I wanted to do a workout but I am fighting strong anxiety levels where my heart races for no reason and I have to fight against the urge to go into panic mode. It’s as if my body is full of adrenaline for no reason. Leaves me feeling drained and tired after barely any physical activity.
