Men have always been the superior species in society. Even until now, where feminism is strongly upheld, society still has exceptional assumptions on them. Because it is the default setting for men to be leaders, problem solvers & providers
The pressures of society on men are filled with expectations and demands that can be very challenging and stressful. Even if there is a huge change in gender soles today, men are still the ones needed to constantly prove their masculinity
When men behave outside their traditional roles, society penalizes them and typecasts as irresponsible and weak. They should be the ones to provide and protect. It is not easy to reverse the perceptions of society on men, and may will never change, because we are attuned to the innate, biological & evolutionary notion that men should be strong, courageous and intelligent.

I started watching this type of content when I was 16. I heard all about man's struggles, how they are not appreciated in the western world, and the burden we have to perform. All those negative emotions you mentioned, I felled them at that age while most of my peers were happily having fun and wasting time. In addition, I was not among the popular guys and was bullied for being different in the past. After a couple of years, something snapped in my brain and I started acting with a self-made plan to get what I want in life. Now I'm 21 years old and recently I successfully started a freelancing business with people who have similar goals to mine, my other endeavors started paying off too. I will not stop going forward and I'm goddamn glad about everything that happened in my life. I don't know fully why I'm grateful for the excess suffering and tragedy I experienced in my life at such a young age, but I'm damn glad I did. Someday I'll be able to fully understand it.

@@spiritual9574 then just start doing something. Work out, try starting a business, engage in a creative activity or anything else that will be of use to you. Think real hard and be honest with what YOU want, make a basic plan & go for it. Then make corrections along the way. You will notice how obsessed you will become with it and sooner or later everything that's an obstacle you'll manage to overcome. Do that and life will begin to work in your favor.
