why are brahmin pandits shown in the last festival giving prasadam??? brahmins arent used in traditions of Kodavas, right?

Yes , there is no need for a priest for any of the kodava rituals. However that is about a hanuman temple where the Hindu way of pooja is followed along with a Brahmin priest.

@@simonrinu9350 Correct, that's what I meant. There is no public road. If the private property owner objects, then we can't go. I have in fact met the DC of coorg 1 month back and requested her to visit the place and allow a trail route for tourists. Now that she is busy with dealing with Corona, it may not happen soon.

How do you know? You can find so many evidence of tippus brutality in Coorg. You can find living proof in the form of kodava mappille, who were forcefully converted, but they still carry their kodava clan name , even though they follow Islam. You ask them. You read about them. Then you will know the history which you don't know.
