As a day 1 Qingque main, I got some tips 1. If you need someone to build for PF, better to build Herta and wait for Jade, Qingque functions more like a destruction character then an Erudition. 2. Don't build Qingque if you're not willing to invest a lot into her (Relics, teammates, lightcones, etc.) 3. Be prepared to reset in MOC a few times, maybe to make sure her E4 hits or she gets the right amount of skill uses 4. Sometimes its better to not use you technique before battle to maybe squeeze an extra skill into her turn 5. E0-E3 Qingque feels much worse then E4-E6 Qingque, consider waiting to get her Eidelons. 6. Considering we're entering a break meta, maybe consider Xueyi who will fit seamlessly into the new meta. 7. Use her ult before launching her enhanced basic attack, not only to not overcap on energy and to use the damage buff she gets (Better to use this after 2-4 skill uses) 8. Enjoy her playstyle (obviously)

Edit to the original: you can use her for Pf, but make sure u have quantum weakness, and a breaker/side dmger to help with wave clearing, like a Himeko or herta. Also, depending on what your using her for. her relics vary. (All rounder is quantum orb, taikian, + 4 pc quantum, but u can run a follow up/ 2pc-2pc atk to maximize non quantum dmg, or a salsato if u don’t have taikian.) With this, atk orb is just better once u get past e4, or your planning on a “fast” QQ (basically meaning her sp stacks get up to 2+ or higher, and not just running slow where she instantly gets hand again.) If you do that, her sp stack multiplier will keep getting bigger, while with quantum dmg, it just stays consistent. Like op said before, QQ does take a lot of investment (mostly in teammates tho.) so plan ahead on who your planning to use her with. (tingyun, Robin, ruan mei, sparkle, bronya, all of them are good options, and if u don’t have fu xuan, highly rec Huo Huo or Lynx for a ult-rec QQ, or for quantum boost.) Also, s5 breakfast is a good non-gamba Lc, with s5 genius being the 2nd BiS after before dawn -which might be powercrept by Jade’s sig Lc, which gives crit rate, and can replace her need for crit rate body, but we’re going to have to see.- so plan well. As A QQ main from 1.1, she’s still really fun to play, and in most cases, still outdmgs most S+ units, and I highly rec. The only reason why she’s locked at S on Prydwen, is b/c of her randomness; either making her S+, or putting her in A, which adv to S. If your willing to build the gamba gremlin, she will give back in tenfold, I mean it. (I’ve gotten my QQ to do 670k on ult outside of SU, and she’s not even fully built; rn, I’m hoping for her to reach 700k one day, and as a comparison: my Acheron with a 65:200 -this is before buffs, which makes her 101:320- does 730k, and my QQ is only doing like 50k under as a 4 star ☠️ And mind u, this is without a good rope, or boots, so once I get a good atk% rope, and boots, she will be dealing with the gods. ) 10/10, would gamba again.

seeing as jade is an IPC character, it brings me back to the other IPC chars we have. topaz, dr ratio, and aventurine. what do they all have in common? FOLLOW UPS. this leads me to believe jade isnt gonna be like qingque in terms of team comps, but rather like a follow dps, maybe himeko?

She's most likely gonna follow with that too as it's very nice to see that the IPC team is just Follow-ups, Although for being Erudition I feel like she'd be in the same circumstances as Topaz during first release where she's more of a support for FuA than in Hypercarry teams.

for those who are curious about Jade, shes similiar to Topaz in a sense where she enables follow up attacks but also outputs her own DPS but for AoE follow up attackers (like Herta, Himeko, and Aventurine)

Surpised there wasnt anything mentioned about sub-dps QQ: Dont know how long it lasted, but supposedly early into release, the community thought the optimal way to play QQ was toplay her slow, let her team draw tiles for her, and basic attack to use her as an ok sp-positive sub-dps. It wasnt until people realized her SP-hungry Main Dps playstyle that she started to really gain popularity.

Yeah, I remember this. I also remember it was mostly outdated by 1.2 and 1.3, so I think hypercarry QQ probably started getting more popular towards the end of 1.1 (she was on Luocha’s banner). It was rough in the early days, ngl. It felt like every other video disagreed on how to play her.

i returned to hsr solely because of qq (i liked her design, especially the cute dress), i liked her even more after finding out she is a slacker (which is relatable), and stayed for many more pretty and fun to play girls. sometimes it's kinda funny to remember that qq's existence single-handedly kept me in the game :P

leaks below so dont click if u dont want leaks jade is very dependent on other dps characters and focuses on follow up attacks. she is not a prime hypercarry unit, so it is safe to say jade wont replace qq, and her lightcone will likely not be relavent on qq either.

A small correction for Qingque's name pronounciation (as a Chinese person, I understand chinese can be quite hard to pronounce especially for English speakers), her name in Chinese is:青雀. To pronounce as close as you can, try: Ching-chu-eh or Ching-chueh

I’d say well built Xueyi compares with qq in terms of damage with super break and she’s more consistent But xueyi is impractical to use against non-quantum weak and can’t really use SW as it’s not as practical

Personally, I don’t think Jade is beating QQ in terms of pure force: As of current leaks, she’s a buffing sub dps, which is made to support other dmgers, while also doing dmg herself (kinda like a buffing version of aventurine.) Currently, her best teammates are blade and other FUA units, meaning that for hyper, she’s not beating QQ. (And because of her sup dps nature, she might actually buff QQ for Pf.) But only time will tell.

I doubt jade will directly replace qingque, since she struggles to consistently spend skill points (which is preferable to maximize sparkle’s buffs) and she isn’t very strong as a main dps (her skill doesn’t give full benefits when applied to herself). but I could see her making mono quantum viable in pure fiction by replacing silver wolf.

Yea, Jade will not be good in mono quantum, she is locked to Pure Fiction at E0 and you are not running mono quantum in AoE as you are not running SW in PF and there is no reason to run mono quantum without SW
