these are homes in china! likely built for students and single people looking for their first place of their own. kitchens don't exist because it's added utility bill and getting takeout in china can sometimes be cheaper and is often identically priced to cooking at home. vessel also has models with kitchens, which you can see on their website.

@@trioz1819 yep! plenty of mini stoves you can buy for in your house. though, without a vent hood, you may need to be constantly airing out your home (given, I prefer to have my house airing out constantly anyways)

u still need to buy the land,thisi is not an RV , you can buy a very small size land and put it there which waaaay cheaper + you only get land tax not for the building

@@profitmuhammed you forgot 1 thing,in china you dont own the land,you merely rented it to the goverment and pay taxes yearly and it need to be renewed every decades or so,so if you have the land and the building it can be very expensive + im pretty sure the company who advertised it will be lobbying the goverment to rent out land cheaper for this kind of housing , the very same reason why lots of company produce their product in china because the cheap labor from lobbying the goverment who favor the big company more than the people it self,which btw works,and make them a really rich country in arguably very shortime compare to other country

This one only has a hotel-like kitchen but you can get a portable stove for example and mini fridge. In some countries this is fine as it's not worth cooking as food is cheap e.g. Indonesia

there is different types of vessel houses. some comes with kitchen. some doesn't. its to suit your own personal needs and requirements. some people dont know how to cook. and prefer ordering takeout so they just need to buy this style which has no kitchen. but i've seen theres other types that has a kitchen too
