Sappho showed up on my TL about year back with some dumb meme basically boiled down to " Best ship is *adult* with *a literal child.* " And in the comments it was her *e-rping with a minor,* age 13. I had ZERO idea who she was at the time but signal boosted it on my discord (8k members) and twitter (12k+ at the time). She was suspended in less than 30 minutes. After multiple schizo rants, her alt was canned after 2 days. If I knew how far her reach was at the time, I probably wouldn't have done this. The Coyote Lovely drama... don't fucking get me started. Last year, one of my best friends had the displeasure of getting in contact with Sappho. She's regretted it ever since, because long story short, it didn't end well, and Sappho ended up doxxing her. I think a lot of people underestimate Sappho's influence, because over the next few months, people followed my friend home, harassed her at work, tried to confide in her as a zoophile when she wasn't one, even attempted to assault her both physically and sexually. Sappho made my friend's life absolute hell, all while sending me these taunts over text, trying to block get from her actual friend's, and reaching into my friend's distant past to hurt her in any way she possibly could. We reached out to Coyote desperate for any help. We had a police case building for my friend. So when it came out that he was flirtatious with her, and that his actions pretty much destroyed the case we had going, anger doesn't begin to describe how we felt. For a while, she was convinced that this would never end for her. It hurt even more, because at first, Coyote was very helpful in getting her better online security and whatnot, and I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt when he reached out and said we'd be hearing things about him. So much for that. I'm happy to say that Sappho has finally bugged off, and has stopped harassing my friend, but the stain of her actions won't easily be washed away.
