So nice to have so many ideas and variations for levelling up with clubs! Any time I move up in weight, i find it’s a re-education process, where different random parts of the techniques show up as key movement patterns I haven’t really yet mastered… and it’s not always easy to figure out the major breakdown that’s holding you back until you deconstruct the movement. Thanks for so many training options, Mark!

Commenting on THIS video because I’ve watched a lot 😅 I am a performance strongman - so I have a functional amount of strength. I juggle 24KG kettlebells, bend short bars and long bars, rip decks of cards etc. I recently got a 11KG club and picked up your level 1 program - THIS is what has been missing from my program 💪 💫 I’m sold on the abs and arms without trying - but the doms and the legacy is really what has sold me for life on this work 🙏

Noticing thumb all the way down is different and worse on the non-dominant arm. Hoping this can help increase elbow flexion.

In a move like this one, to me, it feels like the vertical axis isn't your spine but it's offset to be somewhere closer to the leg and shoulder nearest the club. It's almost like that "half" is where you focus your bodyweight and you use your other "half" as a well-grounded kickstand if that makes sense... also, I'm sure what I tried to verbalize here does not accurately capture what I feel as I'm doing the exercise so please don't use this when swinging your clubs LOL

Do you guys have plans for a single hand club program in the future? I’ve been running the 2HC program twice a week and intro to bells twice a week. I love to get some one handed club in there too.

Does the thumb touch the backside of your trap muscle or is it better to get it closer to the back of the shoulder?

How do you program this? Volume cycle up to 20x5/5 (5 reps each side not putting club down)? The 3 count seems to tax my grip significantly more than, say, inside circles.
