I am a funeral director and I have 100's of dentures in a drawer in my prep room (where I embalm). We use cotton to fill out the mouth and the embalming process holds them into place. We often just bury dentures with the person (but not in their mouth) or throw them out. I keep em for some reason. I have no answer....just small hoarding tendencies I guess. Embalmers save all kinds of materials because it is a very artistic, every case require intuition type job. You face multiple problems and sometimes have to McGyver yourself a solution.
