Jay Bouki That year Eldorado still had the 368 carburetor that s y ir flew I believe that was a 79 in 80 n 81 they put the 4100 fuel injection engine that sucked problems n slow ,with n aluminum block they were horrible, so u want a 78 or 79 Eldorado not n 80 n up all of them after 1980 had the 4100

Eldorados from these years are best with either olds 350 fuel injected or the 368 caddy motor 4bbl or fuel injected. Otherwise it’s best to pull out the 4.1 or diesel and use an olds 455 or caddy 425, 472 or even the 500. Only thing is the trans would need to be beefed up to take the extra power.

They couldn't get the music signed off for either, so they made some lame music that stays going steady throughout the entire movie and even tampered with sound effects to alter it from the original.

I have tried syncing the original audio (ripped from VHS) with the remastered film (from DVD) and they don't sync. Seems that the new version is a different cut of the film.
