Firstly, this tenant man is proud and don't know how to talk. Secondly, he's not sincere with the appreciation he claimed to tender to his landlord. He is this proud and doesn't have a house and the landlord is a man like him. 750k debt cancelled and he's still punishing the landlord with just 132k. Its the utility provider that should be chasing the tenant and not the landlord.. all the landlord needs to do it to prove to the utility provider that the tenant actually used the electric for that period! All the new tenant needs to do is to register the meter in his own name from.the day his tenancy started and the proof of that is the tenancy agreement!
