It contains the oldest confessional statements about yahweh, not the oldest mention of yahweh. The mesha steele is older, and mentioned yahweh. Everyone mentions the priestly blessing from numbers 6. But few also mention that one of the scrolls contained text similar to the common formula, variants of which can be found in exodus 34:6-7; deuteronomy 5:9-10; 7:9-10; daniel 9:4; psalm 103; etc.
