to be fair I think it's not to bad to bring the discussion of what kurapika is doing because he really is strong and though he doesn't show up in this arc he pretty much becomes MC in the dark continent arc. I think Rob just see's the potential of the character and with the character being focused on so much early in the story and then to go off screen for so long it would be natural to think there's a good chance for Kurapika to come back into the story at some point, especially since it's coming to the ending arcs of the anime and they might not know the manga continues still where the anime ends yet.

Just to put the king and royal guards in perspective for u guys without spoiling, firstly, a newborn Pitou shook Rammot so bad that he completely changed his philosophies. This is the same rammot who gon and Killua struggled against when he didn’t even have men. If hisoka or chrollo ever tried fightin the royal guards, they would be obliterated. And the king is twice as strong as the strongest royal guard, or at least twice as strong.
