It’s a local word here in Singapore, used to express incredulity. Basically, “can ask meh?” kinda equates to “can this actually be asked?”, or “is it really alright to ask such a thing?” in standard English. If you’re interested to know more, do look Singlish up! Wikipedia, for instance, has a great explanation on how its grammar structure works.

Under such condition while being unsure in the hospital, I think most people will start to pray either to Chinese God, Hinduism God, Christianity God or Islam God and believe in such a religion after having recovered but since she did not fully recovered, it proved all God-beliefs are BS. Her incident is proof of karma. Due to some bad and karma she did either in her past life or present live, she got this happening but came out alive. She must take this as a lesson or reminder in life. Nothing in the world happened without a reason. There are always causes and effects. Always remember that ignorance is the root cause of all sufferings and we must always live from darkness or brightness and not brightness or darkness to darkness, very moment. Ignorance is darkness, wisdom is brightness.
