How did I NOT know these guys were back riffing? They need to advertise more because this was great. These are friggin hilarious. They're way funnier than Rifftrax. The Rifftrax guys are funny, but they tend to get a little cringey at times. Trace and Frank are 100% sarcastic wise asses, and it makes them elite riffing machines! Can't wait for the next live movie. I'm so there!

I'm not sure which MST episode it was, but TV's Frank was singing: "You'll look better in a sweater washed in Woolite; Woolite washing makes a sweater come alive!". Now it's been stuck in my head for six days. First Manos, now this. You've crossed a line, Conniff.

My 91 year great aunt was the first (and still only) woman in our family to get a masters degree. She got it in the 1951. She describes the 50s as her favorite decade ever, although she does acknowledge there were issues (especially for folks of color). But contrary to 21st Century “common knowledge”, the 50s was a time of unfettered optimism with the belief that every year brought better things. Since the vast majority of women spent their days talking to each other, everyone knew who the drunks, abusers, and general louses were. She says there wasn’t significantly more domestic abuse then than there is now, although that could have just been her area (PA).

Addendum which always seems to surprise young folks today. My great aunt describes 50s guys as “infinitely” classier, nicer, and well-mannered than men today.

This TMAB treatment of "It Must Be The Neighbors" features superlative humor & is another example of once-common PSAs providing info on everything from recognizing fascism to beneficial social, vocational, civic, investment, & health info & more until the MIC decided that informed citizens were bad for business circa 1980. Once again, it's the comedians to the rescue, exploring important social issues and deeper truths using satire and humor as the only remaining viable method to reveal essential components of our societal ontology including our most basic beliefs and tendencies. In short, The Mads are dope AF and this episode is another huge win for both beloved misters Beaulieu and Conniff and we the people who benefit immensely and on multiple levels from this kind of socially introspective, truth-oriented, sophisticated high-quality comedy.
