12:25 Fun fact: the club giants are one of the only enemies in DS2 with actually broken hitboxes. The radius is well over 2 times the size of the club, and they have this wierd spike hitbox sticking out of the tip that isnt attached to anything on the model. They also linger for quite a bit longer than they should given the size

Elite giants , mimics and the dpgs from the gutter are the real bad hitboxes of DS2 , and somehow it has the rep for having all the bad ones .

Looking Glass Knight is 70% resistant to lightning and 30% to everything else. Being wet raises fire resistance by 300 and lowers lightning by 150. I'm not sure how the raw numbers translate to %, but apparently -150 lightning resistance is not enough to break that 40% difference between lightning and magic.

enemies do take more damage by lightning when in the rain (as well as less fire damage) but mirror knight just naturally has a lot of lightning resistance

It really says something about this game's build variety when even the basic falchion does this much damage with the appropriate setup. That's what I love the most about this game, you can pretty much pick any weapon and you're able to make a pretty decent (sometimes even busted) build around it, can't say the same about DS1 where most of the basic weapons suck ass.

Hey boss, I love your videos, to the point I bought SOFTS on steam! Currently doing a pure sorcerer run, with Blue Flame + Moonlight GS and Staff of Wisdom. Raw rapier for the time being, due to the fact that freya has annoyingly high magic resistances, and I'll kill multiple times, since I want MLGS and multiple copies of crystal soul spear. Gunna need a fire weapon and some pyros as a backup! What about a dragon head/dragon torso build for a future video?

It's true that standing in rain and water makes you take more lightning damage and less fire damage, but as I mentioned several videos ago, Looking Glass Knight is still heavily resistant to lightning. I've tested it with the Pine Resins and DW/SB/CMW, and the lightning buffs do less damage than the dark and magic buffs. LGK is weakest to dark with magic being a close second.
