Well there is nothing in the Constitution that allows for the direct removal of a failing president except impeachment, which requires a crime, even a minor misdemeanor to have taken place. However if the majority of America demanded it congress more than likely would attempt to find some minor charge to hold against him and start a impeachment hearing. While petitions don't directly have any legal standing, if enough of America demanded, congress would act in fear of retaliation by the voters in the next elections.

What is mixed up here nicely is the mixing of race (skin color) and religion. White and Muslim are not two different human "races". According to my understanding of human biology Arabs in general are "white". And this includes the majority of humans living in northern Africa. Btw. for me skin color is just a way nature optimized humans to live in a certain environment, in this case to deal with the effects of the sun, nothing more. And religious madness like any other madness is not a function of your biological ability to deal with sunlight aka skin color.
