I still really wish they stuck with an idea they had for NWH where Venom would’ve been in most of the movie, briefly given Peter 2 the Symbiote to save him from his stab wound from Green Goblin and once he gets it back then he’d have the white spider. I mean it would’ve given us a Sinister Six which it feels like Sony’s trying a bit too hard to make happen, Venom would finally have the white spider which would officially make that design perfect in my eyes, Peter 3 could’ve fought an alien, and we overall wouldn’t have something where we literally went “well, thanks for nothing”

I believe that it's actually the venom symbiote bonded to the cockroach. Agony is probably still bonded to the scientist girl. It's the same piece that was collected at the beginning of the movie.

To answer your question regarding what the trio of producers have on the current chairman of sony. I don't think they have any dirt, they just that bad and continue to fail upwards. Plus Tom Rothman was notorious for being the guy that ruined the x-men film franchise until he left in 2013. I think rothman is in the same boat as the trio for handling Spider-Man so poorly. This is the same guy that purposefully gave us baraka pool in the god awful x-men origins wolverine more which he micro managed with a ghost director and prevented deadpool from getting proper movies due to how rothman didn't like nor understand deadpool. He never cared for super hero movies hence why the quality in some x-men movies were bad so I think he is allowing similar treatment to Spider-Man.

The venom movies being R wouldn’t have changed anything except for the second one. Venom isn’t the really more violent than he depicted in the movies with him biting heads off and all that’s show in these movies. Carnage is where I think being PG13 really held him back since he’s a literal serial killer with a symbiote

I feel like Toxin's story in this movie could parallel Venom's. While Eddie and Venom realize they have to seperate, Mulligan and Toxin must learn to live together. Maybe it wouldn't be the best story decision but I thought it was a idea that could have been used.

He wasn’t toxin. Toxin was the symbiote that bonded to mulligan at the end of the last movie. It’s explained in this movie that toxin left mulligan in between films and to save his life they injected him with another symbiote that was in their possession. Stupid af I know. But it is stated in the movie 🤷🏼‍♂️

You are aware phage is In the movie right? Okay riot in the first movie, scream just brief quick glimpse, then lasher and phage & agony in the third. Scream doesn't have host she's being saved for later I assume. Toxin is supposed be in the movie he left pat for dead though Patrick is different than the 616 Patrick mulligan the symbiote they inject him with is not toxin its different symbiote. Edit apparently flash thompson is in the movie too for some reason which means agent venom is open happen. That's odd if flash is in venom 3, then peter parker does exist in venoms universe he's off camera because there's no actor play him. Can't be Andrew, can't be tom. Tobey already faced his venom. It's someone different. Has be someone else someone new. Not prior existing actors. Or any actors in Hollywood. I have better concept in mind instead of Spiderman there should be someone else that's not peter parker be in venoms universe a new different guy. A different masked vigilante just kind of like Spiderman but with the symbiote. Black costume but not Spiderman. I know be good fit for spot fill in the gap absence for Spiderman. Gon be turning the tables from marvel to something much bigger. And its not just marvel related. In fact I already wrote story about this character long time ago. He's big character to me and brother mine. He may be good spot replacement fit for Spiderman. Because they don't have spidey use someone new. And bam! There you go.
