I'm bothered by Leigh Whannell's Wolf Man coming out in January, that man has never disappointed and it feels like Hollywood still has no faith in him 😕 I love everything he has written and/or directed and I want him to make more films!

love the video as always!! i would like to hear your take on "children of the corn". i know it's a cheesy 80s movie but i rewatched it recently and i don't remember you talking about it. since you always do such a great job on your deep dives i think this one would be interesting!! ❤

I'm very interested in what comes out next year. I mean, you got Leigh Whannel's Wolf Man,Ryan Coogler's Sinners, and Osgood Perkins The Monkey. I'm really curious how he's gonna approach the wolf man. I figured he did a really great job with The Invisible Man. It was modern and psychological. So you never know, could take the same route and put a different spin on it. But I am curious to see what Ryan Coogler does with this vampire movie. I'm also excited for Final Destination: Bloodlines. That's the horror franchise. I never get tired of seeing. I'm interested to see check out that new Peter Pan horror movie.I know you're not a trailer girl but you should check it out. Oh yeah,congrats on that Killer Doll movie. Can't wait to see it! I'll probably watch it at a theater,festival or something. If not streaming. But I will watch it none the less. I'm also looking forward to watching liked as well!. Next Year is also the Year of Kylie. You got two films coming out next year. You're Killing it!

So much to look forward to in 2025!! Delroy Lindo was phenomenal in Unprisoned so I was glad to learn he's cast in Sinners too! Excited for the resurgance in wetewolf and Frankenstein features we're getting. I have a nostalgic place in my heart for all the Final Destination movies and if anything, will be seated for seeing Tony Todd on screen again, even though it may be the last time. very pleased Sophie Thatcher is continuing to star in horror projects, totally hype for The Companion. Agreed that we need more retirement home horror too. I work in one, there is SO MUCH to do with that setting. Sounds like we'll be getting a good variety of subgenres come 2025, something for everybody to enjoy, between the slashers, the shark horrors, the horror-comedies, etc. Puzzled for a man director for the next FS movie, however. The first FS trilogy was like the Netflix event of Summer 2021 so for reals they should've just hire Leigh Janiak again?? Maybe she was preoccupied with her divorce though? She divorceced whichever Dufflebag bro she was married to last February. I feel like Chole Okuno's take of the material could've had some especially insightful commentary considering how well the subject matter was handled in Watcher, if they couldn't get Leigh Janiak, for whatever reason she was unavilable. I am sure the Prom Queen movie will be distinct from the book but ngl, that particular entry in the Fear Street book series was pretty misogynistic even for the period it was written in. Chloe Okuno could've spun that on its head. Missed oppotunity.

It honestly seems like 2025 is just going to be an amazing year for movies in general. With two of them being your short film Liked and the movie you were casted in. I'm looking forward to watch both. But some of the movies you've mentioned sound interesting. I think specifically for horror movies that have me the most interested is Death of a Unicorn, Sinners and the Scurry. Though my other most anticipated movies in general has got to be the Superman and Fantastic Four movie. But the cast you mentioned for some of the movies makes me want to check them out just for the cast itself. So thanks for the info and this amazing and chaotic video! Hope you have a wonderful and safe Christmas this week!!

Such a fun review of what coming out in 2025. Ok, let me get this straight of one movie you talked about. Drag Queens vs Vampires. That’s crazy. Do it, yes do it. Those Vampires are in for a surprise. We need some crazy 💩 with everything else. Also when I think about Monkey horror I’m always reminded of the tale of the Monkeys Paw. I’ve already added Killer Doll to my printed video list for my shelf. Plus I’m sure the Arrow Video 4K collectors addition of Killer Doll. 😊 Alien abduction movies or lack of, why not more. I want to see an Alien Abduction movie where a group of people are abducted by aliens that are taking them back to there plant. In route they are attacked and the ship boarded by another alien race. The Earthly find out this race is there to rescue them and want to return them back to earth. From there just use your imagination and make it fun, action packed with a cast that gels together. The Aliens you have the good guys and the bad guys. That’s all for that. 🧐 # 1 Sinners 🤔 well I follow Haunted hippie so I will be watching it. I’m also most interested in Frankenstein too. I love his setup at Del Toros home. Looks like we have some good stuff waiting for next year. Maybe we’ll see a few surprises pop in. 😁 Happy Holidays and Happy New to you. Have a great time visiting your parent. I hope my new package gets to you while you’re still there visiting. So keep checking. It’s a small one with some nice things. Soon I’m sure we’ll hear how Liked is going. Oh, I’m patient but forgive me I’m excited too.

Awesome Video Totally Looking forward to these movies coming out especially The Wolfman I'm a big fan of the old school horror flicks
@ryanguerra9266Күн бұрын
Awesome video! I’m definitely looking forward to a few of these but I’m just seeing that pretty much every movie is either a sequel, reboot, or remake. We’re probably in the worst era of that and I don’t see it changing anytime soon That being said, my most anticipated are 28 years later, Saw XI, the Wolfman, the monkey, and the bride of Frankenstein from Maggie gyllenhaal. My horror book club read clown in a cornfield! I liked it but it had a very stranger things vibe to it. I’ll be seated! The new Wolfman, to me, has the same vibe as the new invisible man. Which is cool but I still feel the original had more of a connection to the same themes we learned from America werewolf in London, which are more interesting. It also feels the most different from the og and the first remake which was a lot more like the og. Interesting thing about the monkey is that it’s kinda a remake. The original story by Stephen king was made into a movie by George A. Romero and was retitled as Monkey Shines. Maybe we can do a watchalong for it before the new one comes out to compare! Speaking of watch alongs, 28 days later is finally available to streaming after years of not being! We could also watch that to prep for the new one. I’m really interested in seeing where it goes after years of being away. But I’m most anticipating the bride of Frankenstein movie. Especially cuz it’s directed by Maggie Gyllenhaal, it’s cool seeing a lot of actors make the transition to directors and in hoping it brings a new take and we get a movie where the bride gets more than 5 minutes of screen time lol Also, technically, it’s steamboat Willy who is in the public domain. He was like a proto-Mickey mouse so the Mickey we know is still Disney’s lol thank you my dark mistress for the video! Hope I can see killer doll in Theaters!I’ll be your maggot til the end of time!

Nice.. I kinda just assumed The Monkey was a Monkey Shines remake based on the poster, but I see they're not related.. even though I've never been a IKWYDLS fan, I guess I'm "excited" just to see how they approach it and to see JLH in 2025.. also never had the biggest connection to Final Destination films, the first one's cool, and I've never seen any film with "Bloodlines" in the title, and I'm not trying to be negative, but I can't roll my eyes harder at any creative decision that puts Bloodlines in a movie title in 2025, it just screams unoriginality imo.. yeah the Strangers Chapter 1 was no bueno, can't imagine the others being much better ha.. Sebastian Stan is great in I Tonya, he plays an extremely unlikable character but he nailed it..

What is this "The Bride" thing? I am still rooting for a movie called "Bride" from Sebastián Lelio, starring Scarlett Johnasson. It was announced a few years ago, but never heard anything from it since. This Maggie Gyllenhaal / Christian Bale thing seems like a lame rip-off to me.

Micky's Mouse Trap sucked ass, so I hope Howard Thornton can bring some of that Art the Clown vibe to Steamboat Micky. 'Monkey' looks intriguing. 'Heart Eyes" please make it a slasher flick. Al Pacino in a Horror movie. I hoowill be there too. As long as Russel Crowe stays away from it. Why does Final Destination Bloodlines feature that scene with Olivia's eye surgery on the cover art? I'm there for 28 Years later and anything with Cillian in it. "Killer Doll'. I hope you play yourself. I'm mean literally acting and looking like you do right now. Not a Football fan. 'nuff said there. I hope that 'The Bride" film isn't a musical. Ethan Hawke in Black Phone II is on my list. It could be a prequal, or origin of some sort. Beneath The Storm is giving me Sharknado vibes. Sharks in hurricanes and all that. Why weren't Ian and Tara invited? Jared Leto is an Alien. next? Bring back those early 80's "Don't" movies. Zombies and X-mas. Sign me up.

Soooo... Faces of Death will be NOTHING LIKE THE ORIGINAL!! I can GUARANTEE THAT!! The original Faces of Death was a LITERAL SNUFF FILM!! It was kind of this underground film that not many people knew about... AND EVEN IF YOU DID YOU MIGHT NOT WANT TO WATCH IT!! It's pretty BRUTAL REAL LIFE KILLINGS... The 2 worst ones that I remember were a little girl getting JUST ANIHILATED by a damn train!! It was like her body just EXPLODED with arms and legs flying all over the place... The 2nd one I remember was a couple of European soldiers slitting like a 10 year old girls throat!! I just remember those 2 specifically because of how GORY AND JUST HORRIFYING THEY WERE!!

Solid list, but it's appears highly likely that Saw XI will be cancelled. Lionsgate's bad year isn't the main culprit though. Mark and Oren aren't communicating at all which has interfered with Kevin being able to go through with making the movie happen. As a fan since Saw II, it sucks because this isn't the first time. There was the lawsuit with Cary Elwes not getting compensated properly and disagreements over the direction they planned on taking Saw VII (which resulted in an absolute mess). It's a shame. By the way the picture he posted on Twitter was in reference to him leaving the platform due to the toxicity, not the status of the franchise. He mentioned this in a reddit post a few days ago.

@@HauntedHippie Yeah it sucks, but at least we have a long-running franchise of movies to binge/fall back on. It's still possible they patch things up though.
