175 isn't possible because you're guaranteed to get a 5 star within 80 pulls so the max you'll get her is 160 pulls.

I know it lasts 30 seconds at S0 and 40 seconds at S1 but I haven’t noticed it blinking or giving a sign before it ends. I’ll see if I can notice any signs next time

Why crit dmg instead of crit rate tho?

Her attack after swapping her back in during her ult field automatically crits so you don’t need crit rate to improve the chances since it’s an automatic crit. So you just want to increase the damage it does
