Monetize the vids Casey. Can't believe the countless hours of work you are putting in with no pay. We get it. A little 15 second ad now and then is not a big deal. You've got mouths to feed, bills to pay. Only thing greater than doing what your passionate about is to do what your passionate about and get paid for it.

Toxic work environment, horrible management, & horrific boss. Also they misled to me about health insurance. I left that job for Starbucks after only 2 months. Successful people aren't concerned with the fall, if they do fall, they get up and climb again. That's why so few people ever really achieve what they want.
@Munkenba8 жыл бұрын
Not necessarily. Different personalities adhere to different lifestyles, it's not just because they're scared, the definition of what they want in life is usually just different. You could say everyone wants to be successful, but life isn't about what you want in the end, but in the now. So while everyone wants to be successful in theory, few people enjoy the journey there. Casey does, that doesn't make him better or worse, just different. Everyone does what they enjoy doing here and now, and that works out differently for everyone.

The most dangerous thing in life depends on who you are, where you're from and where you're going. If you live in Somalia I recommend playing it safe, thank you that is all.

Hey Casei. You were talking about risk... Do you know about the survivor bias ? You should look it up on youtube. It says that if you listen to advice from only from successful people, this advice is going to be biased. It makes sense, there has been a lot of luck involved in your life, one person might do the same and end up broke and homeless. Just saying this, I don't mean to be rude, it's just that you seem to forget about luck at times.

Because luck has absolutely nothing to do with his success. Hard work & perseverance is what allowed Casey to be where he is. Have you not seen his freaking schedule? He wakes up at 6am after working all day until 1am. He only dedicated about 3-4 hours to himself & his family. It's honestly disrespectful to say he got here by luck, honestly that just you justifying yourself or other people's laziness & lack of determination. The ONLY difference between someone "successful" & someone who went broke is that the successful person DIDN'T quit. They found a way when there was no way. If the didn't have money they went & made it. If nobody gave them an opportunity, they created one. Stop justifying why it is okay to quit or not be successful, every single "reason" is just an excuse & at the end of the day, nobody cares about your excuses. You can't go into a Mercedes dealership & say, "I know I can't afford these payments but you have to understand I had a bad upbringing, it's was hard."

+Richard Borges I didn't say he's got there only out of luck, I know he works very hard. But when a successful person tells you "take risks and you'll succeed", it's easy to say why it's a flawed advice. I agree that risk is something necessary to succeed, but the property, by definition, of big risks is that you have a *chance* for them to work out well and a *chance* also that the experiment fails. But from the perspective of a successful person who's taken risks, risks always lead to success, because that's what happened to them. Bottom line, you should maybe not take risks too big (which Casey did), you may end up much worse than him.
