Two questions: 1. Why don't the cops remind these offenders that the judge may be going to see their behavior from the body worn, dash and internal cameras and therefore make them act more adult like and behave? 2. What's the point of charging people if certain charges are just going to get dropped, when everything has been recorded on cameras?

I ended up with a 5000 dollar fine and 2 years probation. Had to do random breathalyzers and go to AA twice a week for the first year. The second year i had to do 200 hours of community service. It sucked but it taught me a lesson. Havent drank and drove since. I have a friend who's sister was killed by a drunk driver a couple years ago. All of this is cool, aside from the 'societal rule'... it's absolutely not that. See, the thing is, MOST rational and responsible people make those decisions when it comes to the actual driving, and choose not to do it while intoxicated. And ALL of us agree that you should accept your punishment if you weren't rational and responsible. You were a rational person, but not responsible. Here you are describing irrational and irresponsible as a 'societal rule' but if this were the case, then practically every car on the road would be a drunk driver. But that's not the case. Not even close. Just like the unhappy people are the loudest, and therefore the most seen, so are the irrational and irresponsible. TL;DR Don't put this bitches behavior on society... this is FAR from how the VAST majority of people act in these situations. Also hilarious how you prop yourself up on a pedistal to act like you're above the 'societal rule' which is to NOT drink and drive in the first fuckin place. That's literally a rule in society bud. Good that you learned your lesson, but you should probably suck yourself off a bit less when talking about it, because it's a lesson MOST human beings learn without the actual real world experience of doing it in the first fuckin place.

It's really sad that charges were dropped. This is why people act this way. Because consequences aren't harsher. She was speeding, blew a .114, kneed an officer in the groin, pissed on the back of a cop car. Even the nurse at the hospital tried to explain why she was in her current situation. She hurled disgusting insults at the officer, told him he had a small d%$k, cried like a baby and then pretended to hyperventilate... AND GOT AWAY WITH IT ALL. What is wrong with our country?

I love how calm the comment section is here. No one insulting her upbringing, no one called her a thug, saying she's a single mother, none of the things that i see when when others are arrested. She even got the cuffs put in the front after assaulting an officer. I wonder if it has anything to do with her being the conventional standard of attractiveness. Fake tears, combative, and unstable. They were so friendly to her. Even after the endless stream of insults and victimhood. Oh wait, the assault was dropped, of course. Makes sense.

@@kingphillieman What are you talking about? Plenty of people are clowning her. She's not being called a thug cuz she's a woman and she's not being called a single mom because she's not a mom lol, she just has a dog. Who even says thug anymore this isn't 2010.

@@uhohstinky148 I'm just saying I've watched one two many of these videos. I'm gonna go outside. Too much KZbin for the day. I just thought I saw the girl being treated really well for someone who kicked a dude and called him everything but a child of God. I've seen women beaten for much less. It's dry humor but it's kind of true.

I always find it so funny how ppl lie about being drunk - and yet all of them need to pee soooo bad that they can’t hold it for 15 - 20 min. Most of them pee on themselves. The others just go batshit crazy over having to wait to pee. Do these ppl not realize how that’s a sure fire sign of being plastered? Where-else in their adult lives do they result in urinating on themselves when faced with the idea of having to wait a short period of time… 😂

No license suspension???? Everything basically dropped??? No wonder these people CONTINUE to drive drunk! What is WRONG with the District Attorneys in this country???? Maybe not enough room in the jails? 12 months probation???? I just don't get it. 😡

Female jails are tiny, about 1/10 the size of men's, it seems they don't think women are human and as such are infallible and equally immoral as men.
