The Most Epic Coconut Curried Lobster You Will Ever Have

Coconut Curried Lobsters 🦞
-2 whole lobsters
-1 tbsp or more of salt
-2 tsps of black pepper
-1/4 cup of Caribbean Green Seasoning: • Trini GREEN SEASONING
-1 can coconut milk or the milk from 1 coconut
-2 tbsps of curry powder + 1 tsp of green season + lukewarm water to make a slurry
-1 medium onion, diced
-10-15 cloves of minced garlic
-hot peppers and pimento peppers
-5-8 curry leaves
-A few sprigs of thyme
-Water as needed
