Hi dr berg . For years I was alone depressed and drunk way too much ,honestly didn’t see much of a future until last October I woke one morning and realised I had to change so looked up KZbin and came across your videos. The effects of alcohol on the liver shocked me so I researched more of your videos and decided to follow your advice on keto diet and fasting . I spent 3 months following your advice and it turned my life right around . I’m healthier, much happier and fitter than I’ve been since I was a child and a new found excitement moving forward in life. Just want to say thanks ,you absolutely played a huge part in the man I’ve become today and I’m forever grateful ,when nobody in my life was their for me I could always turn to your vids for help . Started a corse this week Studying nutrition now ,hopefully I can pass the same knowledge on to those who need it with my story to encourage them and give them hope . Thank you so much and best of wishes your doing an amazing job 🤗

Wow congratulations! You should make a list of foods telling people exactly what you ate for breakfast lunch and dinner and if you are intermitten fasting or not. Some people can watch a video but if they see results and what you ate, then they may be more motivated by it coming from someone, who is doing it!

According to research, glutathione: • Prevents liver damage, including a fatty liver • Detoxifies the liver and reduces oxidative stress • Reduces exercise fatigue • Counters insulin resistance • Helps protect your mitochondria There are nine common things that deplete glutathione: 1. Alcohol 2. Trauma 3. Stress 4. Toxins 5. Infection 6. Junk food 7. Aging 8. Overtraining 9. Sugar and refined carbs The best ways to boost your glutathione are: • Beef • Fish • Cruciferous vegetables • Garlic • Onion • NAC • Curcumin • Melatonin • Vitamin D3 • SAMe • Alpha-lipoic acid Thank you Dr Berg!! 🐱👍🏿

The way I think of it when I was a heavy drinker I had a liver that was 20 years older than me. The idea of “repairing” your liver is to get it back to your age. I told my PCM for years that something felt off about my liver. I could actually feel my liver pushing outward. But the PCM always said the test was normal. Eventually I was given a prescription for Folic Acid. All I was told was that it was for my blood. (I was so very trusting). Fast forward to 2020 when the doctors went into a panic because my blood counts were so low. The Oncologist asked me if my PCM knew about my liver. Fear was replaced by anger. Both my liver and my pancreas were extremely swollen. My blood counts were dangerously low. Within a matter of days I was diagnosed with myelo fibrosis (blood cancer). Thank God after a bone marrow transplant, the cancer is in remission. We know our bodies better than our doctors, ask a lot of questions, be aggressive about running more test. Ask questions about the medications they give you. Google the side effects. When I was in the hospital for post transplant they put me on a low carb diet. It reversed the diabetes. I'm new to keto but I am learning new things every day. Thank you Dr. Berg.

I even said that it wasn’t about getting him in trouble if it doesn’t work. I said “if any of your patients have found it helpful, I’d like to know”. Best option for glutathione is IV. You can go to a therapy centers where you pay for the whole procedure, or (better option) if you know some nurse get IV set yourself and then TAD 600. Prepare this with rich electrolyte fluid and with witamin C. After IV is done I also recommend Solcoseryl and Miligamma (B1, B6 and B12) as intermuscular injection. 2 last ones especially if you are training really hard, but not necessarily. In any case where your nervous system is really damaged it will benefit a lot. I am getting everything myself and making mix on my own also. I have a nurse and she performed IV only once on me. Since then I am doing them myself also. This is the best option. You will feel (and see) really big difference even after one session.

I always use the analogy of smoking. If you’ve been smoking for years you can hot box a cigarette no problem, if you quit for years and do that on a fresh system you’re going to cough up a lung if not throw up. @@CD-vb9fi that's the excuse the physicians I saw used to withhold information from patients. My endocrinologist, whom I was seeing for diabetes, had posters all over the waiting room of soda, donuts, cookies and bread. all the posters were encouraging people to eat these foods if they have diabetes. They actually told me to eat more bread, grain and legumes. My noncompliance with dr. orders is what got me off of insulin or any diabetic meds. I stopped the carbs and sugar the diabetic docs were pushing on me. if you never give your patients any helpful information and they don't get better, blame "non compliance." Another lie brought to you by the most profitable medical system in the world! I had a physician yell at me with alarm when I told him I was off insulin. he said," you can not live without white bread! You need to start taking insulin again so you can eat bread and get the required nutrients!" 10 years later, I am still noncompliant and refuse to take insulin or any other diabetic meds. My last A1c was 4.7. I'm also noncompliant with the cardiologist. i started taking the RDA of potassium (AGAINST DRS ORDERS) and my blood pressure became normal and my heart issues went away. So now I'm off of all heart meds too. Boy does THAT piss them off! More non compliance. when I was totally compliant with everything they told me, my need for insulin, victoza, actos, lisinopril, hctz, and beta blockers kept increasing and I kept gaining weight and getting sicker. That's when I figured out that they were all lying to me about how to manage my medical problems. My health began to return when I became noncompliant. I will never be compliant again unless I do my own literature search to dig up the truth.

Dr Berg, What do you make of the video "Should you ever eat EGGS again?" The first half is a summary of your advice on eggs and then it talks about Anthony Williams' perspective that eggs are carriers of viruses and other issues which overshadow the many benefits of eggs. I eat organic free range eggs...perhaps they dont have those negative issues? Curious about your thoughts and perhaps you might consider a video response to set the record straight

@@experimenthealthyketo83 it gets confusing bc some you take with food, some without - some should be taken in the morning - but if you don’t eat in the morning? Lol. I wish there was an app to input my meal schedule, my supplements and my health goals and it just reminds me when it’s time.
@experimenthealthyketo832 жыл бұрын
@@colleenkenney7146 Lol yes, well one can set it up with a nutrients app or you can work with a nutrition coach? But the main thing is to learn and experiment. Dr Berg explains the fats soluble nutrients must be eaten with fats. Doesn’t really have to be a meal. Healthy fats don’t break a fast (as explained in Dr Berg’s videos on the subject). Water soluble nutrients can be taken with water anytime.
