This wildly popular Chinese takeaway recipe may be beneath most of your famous TV and KZbin chefs but nothing is beneath me, so here it is. Chips, egg fried rice and curry sauce. I would always get this when I was younger because foreign tastes scared me and I was frightened I may get grissly bits in my meat if anyone apart from my mam made it. Thankfully my palate matured - but my tastes didn't really. And so I always like to revisit this dish to remind myself how far I've come in life.
