I feel like Konan is a bit more powerful than we give her credit for. Obito didn't take her seriously and almost died, twice, because she completely outplayed him. @@leftangle_l8082 it’s mainly due to the fact that Kakazu has fought against Yuigito (2 tails jinkuriki). Yuigito (edo tensei), was capable of clashing with base Killer B being able to save KCM Naruto from the 4th Raikage as well keeping up with KCM Naruto after taking a pee break. Although Yuigito(edo tensei) did had the projections of the sharingan and rinnegan it doesn’t really mean her speed was boosted it just means her kinetic and field of vision got increased. Kakazu should be able blitz Tendo Pain (Deva path only) before shinra tensei is used. But against Nagato or the other Pains working together he may not win the fight but he way survive as he was able to survive from Hashirama’s attacks from his failed assassination attempt I’m not great at explaining but I have to give credit to a channel called Noodles who has made a video on Kakazu and a separate video where he invites the writer of this article and explains the context of why the characters such as Itachi and Orochimaru are placed there, it’s a long video so I would start at around 18:00 if you want to watch just the list. Sorry it took so long

Kisame knows Itachi well enough to avoid either of his Genjutsu I think and his sword can strip Itachi of his already limited chakra. Itachi could have killed orochimaru if kabuto didn't save him, he literally cut his arm off after he got hit with a paralysis genjutsu. Orochimaru wouldn't been able to do ANY jutsu because his arm got fucked, lmao. The four resurrected hokages were technically an extension of Orochimaru's power. Only orochimaru was capable of resurrecting them in the way they did, not even Tobirama or Kabuto could do it. Not to mention, there's only 3 people alive from the akatsuki, kabuto who was basically just an orochimaru-clone, sasuke (a reincarnated demigod) and orochimaru. And then realize, there's alien bodies and their DNA lying around now that the snakelad can use for his experiments. Remember, all he needs is a single drop of blood, a skinflake, anything, and he can start making clones and even attach their DNA and power to his. @@danielma7281 You mistakenly conflate power with strength. There is more ways an individual can be powerful than just being "stronger". Orochimaru has managed to convince Naruto, Sasuke and the entire ninja world to leave him alone to do pretty much completely as he pleases. That's main character levels of talk-no-jutsu power. AFAIK Orochimaru isn't using clones for himself, he's just taking a young body he finds interesting/powerful enough to take. The fact that he's allowed to do that without any repercussions... Imagine if madara showed up and wanted to snatch random people for his experiments, Sasuke and Naruto would stop him, yet Orochimaru has somehow managed to convince them that he should be left alone?
