Great video mate, trully et properly informative... 7:07, this is a great advice. Started doing this for my running routine. Each time I don't feel like going on my run, I just tell myself : «run 5k, and go home, that'll be enough for today», and it works! I often end up doing a lot more, just because I'm already out there

I just found you by researching the Home Fit Gym. I really like the content here . I just started Calisthenics and really like it . At the 6:14 mark you recommend eating one protein source , one vegetable source and one carb source . I am pretty sure vegetables are considered a carb? There seems to be a debate on whether or not carbs are even needed in the diet not alone to build muscle .

I hate to say this, but I don’t care about what I eat anymore, in fact, I actually don’t enjoy food at all, and I’m currently supposed to be on a cut for a boxing match I have in July. All I can really do is keep my protein intake up with the chicken I eat and this video kinda solidified it for me.
